If a client downloads the document (IP), refunds are not applicable. However, if a client doesn’t download the document, we offer a refund. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy for digital products (IP) before making a purchase. Please read this policy carefully. Due to the nature of our products, which are primarily digital information (IP) products, we do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered or accessed. Once our information products are sent to the customer, we have no guarantee that they will not use the information.
- Digital Product Nature
Our digital products include, but are not limited to, software, digital downloads, eBooks, online courses, subscriptions, and other digital content. These products are intangible and can be accessed or downloaded immediately upon purchase.
- No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital products unless we have made a clear, material misrepresentation of the product or its features, or the product is defective. All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

- Defective Products
In the rare event that you encounter technical issues or defects in the digital product, please contact our customer support team at within 14 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and provide a working solution. In the case that the issue cannot be resolved, we will resend you the digital product again.
- Unauthorized Purchases
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account and devices. We are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases made using your account, and such cases do not qualify for a refund.
- Changing or Cancelling Orders
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered or accessed, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
